Returns & Refunds Policy

At Serene Jewellery, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation email.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work with you quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Email us at serenejewelleryonline@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Earrings or any piercing jewellery, due to hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., engraved or made-to-order jewellery)
  • Gift cards
  • Any item that has been used, worn, or had its tags removed or tampered with

If your return does not meet these conditions, it may be rejected. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.

Returning Rings, Bracelets & Necklaces

If you’ve received the wrong ring size, or if your bracelet or necklace is faulty:

  • Contact us at serenejewelleryonline@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.
  • The return must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which must be sent via tracked delivery.
  • Please send us your tracking number and order number once dispatched.
  • After we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved and processed.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns must be sent using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Serene Jewellery is not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Once a return is initiated, the refund method cannot be changed.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period. This allows you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason — with no justification required.

To qualify, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
